![]() ![]() From east to west, the vertical streets of Tulsa are Riverside, Peoria, Lewis, Harvard, Sheridan, Memorial, Mingo and Garnett. The vertical streets, on the other hand, are named. The horizontal streets are numbered from 11 th to 91 st, with the exceptions of Cherry Street (located between 11 th and 21 st streets) and Admiral Place. Even though it’s been years since I lived in Tulsa, I still remember all the streets. I thought it’d be appropriate for me to talk about Tulsa and how diverse the place is. I had a pretty happy childhood, and I didn’t have to worry about getting a job, finding a girlfriend or cultivating my intellect. As I grew older and started making my own decisions, I established friendships with people from Tulsa who were strangers to me during my youth and kept in touch with some of the people I attended grade school with. This city will always hold a special place in my heart. ![]() I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and grew up there for the first ten years of my life. ![]()
